Returns & Refund policy

  1. We receive, pack and send out our orders to coffee drinkers in under a 24-hour period, we pride ourselves on creating a service that gets coffee from our door to yours as quickly as possible. If you want to make any changes to your order, please email us at info@brewed.online as soon as you can and we will endeavour to change the order before we send it out. 
  2. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. We will however endeavour to provide help in resolving disputes, so please contact us through info@brewed.online and we can see how we can help.
